What is home care?

Home care is an opportunity to integrate personal and medical care into your care plan in the comfort of your home. You or your loved one may be eligible for our home health services including support, companionship and medical care from trained Care Specialists.

How do I know if I am eligible for home care?

You may qualify for home health care if you have a complex short- or long-term medical condition that makes it difficult to leave your home for care. Talk to your doctor about this option. You’ll need a prescription and approval from your insurance carrier.

How do I enroll? How long does it take?

Enrollment is easy as 1-2-3. Call, click or chat with an enrollment specialist that will match your needs with a caring professional. All you need is 15 minutes. The length of the enrollment process varies but can take 4-8 weeks depending on your insurance coverage. We do everything we can to keep the process rolling including weekly follow up with the insurance plans and regular patient updates.
